United Bingo reports outstanding revenue growth
With online bingo firms struggling to make even single digit revenue growth in recent times, the H1-2012 results from United Bingo released this week make a surprising and refreshing change.
Chief exec Adi Frum boasts that the company's revenues between quarters 1 and 3 have soared by over 85 percent year-on-year, and attributes the remarkable performance to innovative new bonus games, extensive player segmentation and analysis, boosted by energetic marketing that has included a strong television component.
Popular bingo destinations in the United Bingo group include Moon Bingo, Gossip Bingo, Robin Hood Bingo, Polo Bingo, Spectra Bingo and Glorious Bingo which between them attract over a quarter million players, with 30 percent of new traffic achieved in 2012.
“We’ve seen a jump in player acquisition, activity levels and wagering across our brands," said Frum this week. "September was an especially prosperous month, with bingo and instant game wagering reaching a record high of GBP 21 million.
“We’re confident we will continue to capture market share in what we believe will be a very strong 2013.”
