University of Las Vegas study needs poker player input

Wednesday December 17,2014 : SPEAK OUT ON U.S. INTERNET POKER REGULATION

University of Las Vegas study needs player input.

US online poker fans currently have an opportunity to voice their opinions on government regulation of the game through a University of Las Vegas study being supervised by Professor Bradley S. Wimmer of the university's Lee Business School.

The study is restricted to American players aged at least 21 years and takes the form of a quick and easy online questionnaire designed to help researchers understand player perspectives on the issue.

This is the university's explanation regarding the project "Online Poker: Consumers and Regulation":

"You are invited to participate in a research study. The study will provide information on poker player’s attitudes towards government regulation of online poker.  This study is not sponsored by any firm or casino with vested interests.  This study is purely educational and the results will culminate in a Master Thesis."
