Former basketball star Shaquille ONeal will promote new Virtual Basketball.
 
Virtual sports games and technology provider Inspired has announced a global and exclusive brand relationship with retired professional NBA star and recent Hall of Fame inductee, Shaquille ONeal.
 
The agreement with the basketball legend includes his participation as the face of Inspireds new Rush Basketball Virtual Sports product group, due for release in 2017, along with his brand presence in a number of Inspired Rush Basketball products currently being developed by Inspired.
 
To celebrate the new brand partnership, Shaq will be making a VIP guest appearance at the Inspired G2E Las Vegas booth #4130 this year on Tuesday, 27 September.
 
Steve Rogers, CCO Digital Games, Inspired said in a statement Thursday that following Inspireds first ever Virtual Sports deployment in casinos in North America and the forthcoming online deployments in New Jersey, the company is looking forward to expanding its offering to include premium games such as Rush Basketball in the near future.
 
"We know that the combination of Inspireds world leading virtual products and Shaq will be a winning formula," he said.
