Perform Group Buys Voetbalzone.nl

Euro the initial consideration paid for Voetbalzone.nl.
 
The UK sports video streamer Perform Group has laid out an initial Euro 2 million to acquire Dutch sports site Voetbalzone.nl.
 
An additional Euro 10.5 million is conditional on EBITDA performance over the next three years, the company advised Monday.
 
Oliver Slipper, joint CEO for Perform Group, said that Voetbalzone.nl features news from the world of football and attracts an average of two million unique users per month to make it the top independent sports site in The Netherlands.
 
“The combination of Voetbalzone.nl, ePlayer and Perform Group’s Goal.com/nl will position [Perform Group] as one of the leading players in the digital sports market in The Netherlands,” he said.
 
Perform Group subsidiaries include the LiveSport.tv on-demand and live sports video app on Facebook and Goal.com.
