Webis Holdings’ WatchandWager.com subsidiary has been awarded an Advanced Deposit Wagering (ADW) licence by the Washington Horse Racing Commission (WHRC).

The award of the licence will enable WatchandWager to accept online pari-mutuel horse race betting from Washington State residents.
