US-facing website rebrands and consolidates acquisitions
 
UK bookmaker William Hill's newly-formed U.S. subsidiary has appointed Bet Smart Media Inc to provide a US-facing website that unifies and rebrands its three American companies: American Wagering Inc., Brandywine Bookmaking LLC and the Club Cal Neva Satellite Race and Sportsbook Division.
 
Following its Nevada licence approval the company planned to consolidate its U.S. acquisitions to form a financially viable business.
 
The new website features an intuitive Find-A-Book app that allows users to find a new William Hill location closest to them. Other features on the website enable users to find live scores and sign up online to access the William Hill mobile betting app.
