Social gaming giant Zynga is in the news again with the departure of another high profile company executive.

Zynga Mobile's head of advertising, monetisation and business development Wilson Kriegel joined Zynga in March following its acquisition of social gaming developer OMGPOP for $180 Million.  OMGPOP is the developer behind the social gaming hit "Draw Something".

Kriegel held the position of chief revenue officer at OMGPOP prior to the acquisition and his departure is another in a long list of senior staff members that include chief operating officer John Schappert, chief creative officer Mike Verdu, VP's Bill Mooney, Brian Britwistle and Ya-Bing Chu, chief technology officer Allan Leinwand, general manager's  Alan Patmore, Erik Bethke and Jeremy Strauser and marketing exec Jeff Karp.

In related news, Zynga announced its acquisition of social game developer A Bit Lucky without disclosing the consideration paid.  The developer is the creator of Facebook games "Lucky Train" and "Lucky Space".

The full A Bit Lucky staff complement will be integrated into Zynga San Francisco where the team will continue development of a new game titled "Solstice Arena".
