Rabcat has worked with the video gaming industry's biggest
 
Win2Day, the internet gambling division of Casinos Austria, has acquired the respected 3D video gaming software provider Rabcat for an undisclosed consideration.
 
Vienna-based Rabcat was formed in 2001 and has worked on high quality 3D video gaming projects with major companies like Microsoft, Atari and Disney Interactive and has a staff of around 30 employees, according to industry information sources.
 
Ben Spiss, the senior producer for gambling products at Rabcat, was formerly an online casino product manager at Bwin Interactive and Ongame when Rabcat was working with the Vienna-listed gambling giant, and he subseqently carried his skills and experience in 3D graphics, mini-games and avatars over to Rabcat. He subsequently became the head of the specialised gambling unit at Rabcat.
