New York State Gaming Commission approval awaited
 
The new advance deposit wagering (ADW) platform at Yonkers Raceway, Empire City Bets.com, has advised punters that its wagering rewards program has been put on hold pending the approval of the New York State Gaming Commission.
 
Apologising for the delay, Yonkers Raceway told online betting fans this week that the Empire City Bets website was up and fully functioning, complete with a deposit match-play offer.
 
The raceway will advise online gamblers when the program has been approved.
