Antonio Esfandiari leads the field at Level 17

Thirty minutes later, Thomas Reinkemeier, Phil Ruffin and John Morgan were gone. Paul Newey, Gus Hansen, Phil Ivey, Ben Lamb, Bob Bright, Dan Shak and finally Smirnov likewise headed for the exit, and just over an hour after that it was Jason Mercier and Rick Solomon on their way to the rail.
