Another maiden World Series of Poker bracelet was won at the Rio in Las Vegas over the weekend when Florida IT business owner Salman Jaddi took down event 60 – the last of the $1,500 buy-in NLHE competitions this year – after a long drawn out heads up against Brandon Hall.
 
Jaddi's reward for besting a massive field of 2,562 other hopefuls was a pay-day of $614,248, whilst Hall took home a second placing chech for $381,885.
 
Jaddi ignited the final table on Day 3 by eliminating over half the other players around the table, leaving the rest to Hall. The duo then set about deciding the winner, with Hall taking a 3 to 1 chip lead into the game, but Jaddi pushed back aggressively.
 
Play was eventually halted when an outcome had not been achieved by the Day 3 limit, and the duo had to return for a fourth day on Saturday.
 
Within an hour the result was reached as Jaddi went on another heater to completely demolish his last opponent and claim his first WSOP winner's bracelet and the lion's share of the $3,460,050 prize pool – his biggest win to date.
