CEO confirms his company is in discussions with Facebook
 
Brian Mattingley, the CEO of 888 Holdings plc, has confirmed that his company is in discussions with social gaming giant Facebook, exploring real money online poker possibilities in legal jurisdictions.
 
Strong rumours circulated earlier this year that 888 was among a number of online gambling firms with which Facebook has engaged for Facebook Real Money Poker.
 
Mattingley's disclosure in the wake of a very successful half yearly report from his company has been widely reported in both mainstream and online media in the past 24 hours, much of it recalling the Facebook deal on Bingo Friendzy in the UK market earlier this year with Gamesys
