Non-executive directorship on industrial oil re-refining group
 
Andrew Black, online betting exchange Betfair's co-founder has joined the board of Hydrodec, an industrial oil re-refining group, as a non-executive director.  Black owns a 6 percent share in the company.
 
Neil Gaskell, Chairman of Hydrodec said: "This is Andrew's first public company directorship since leaving Betfair and his experience in fast growing, innovative technologies and his strong personal commitment to our success will be invaluable as we seek to realise Hydrodec's full potential."
