Private Placement Closed By Amaya Gaming

Fund international expansion and other growth activities
 
Amaya Gaming Group has closed the private placement of common shares previously announced at the middle of June 2013
 
The Private Placement was conducted through a syndicate of underwriters at a price of $6.25 per Common Share for total gross proceeds of around $40 million.
 
Proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes and working capital to assist the company in the implementation of its growth strategy and the expansion of international activities.
