Amaya shareholders approve Rational Group acquisition

Amaya shareholders approve Rational Group acquisition.
 
Amaya Gaming  were asked for – and gave – their approval for the Oldford-Rational Group acquisition deal Wednesday at a special general meeting called by the company.
 
The acceptance of the deal by shareholders is an important step forward in the acquisition process and follows the regulatory approval obtained earlier this week .
 
Amaya has now obtained all necessary shareholder and regulatory consents for the transaction and both groups will move towards its completion.
