International online scratch and instant games operator and NeoGames marketing arm, AspireGlobal, has launched into the Belgian online gaming market with GrandGames.be
 
GrandGames.be, a soft games brand, is the latest in the company's European expansion strategy and will debut with over 20 titles.
 
Adrian Bailey, managing director at AspireGlobal revealed an extensive marketing campaign will be launched that will include television, web and print channels.
