500.com signs up for Betradar

Booming Asian sports lottery 500.com takes up new In-Play Minigames product.
 
Sports betting data supplier Betradar has scored again, successfully launching its In-Play Minigames product with the booming Asian-facing online sports lottery company 500.com.
 
In-Play Minigames offer a variety of real-sports game concepts with fast-paced betting cycles. The company is currently supplying in-play data for more than 50,000 soccer and tennis matches annually with live odds for over 100 different bet types.
 
With In-Play Minigames, Betradar makes use of the existing live sports data available by combining it with fast-paced casino game concepts, creating four live sports betting games, a range which is to be expanded in the near future.
 
Erick Lorenz, sales director at Betradar, says the new product is the next step in the "gamification" of sports betting.
 
"Customers demand new entertainment products and services from betting operators and this is exactly what we provide with In-Play Minigames," he said. "With a new betting cycle starting every 3 minutes in average, we convert any live event into a thrilling gaming experience.”
 
Lorentz explained that In-Play Minigames are available as web widgets, which can ideally be placed into the bookmaker’s website sidebar and as full screen web apps for mobile.
