Enet Poker Network tries to sort out agreement

10/12/2012 : ANOTHER SHOCK FOR FORMER BLUFF GAMING PUNTERS

Hiatus whilst Enet Poker Network tries to sort out agreement compliance

Online poker players transferred to the Enet Poker Network when Bluff Gaming closed its virtual doors last month are experiencing further obstacles to their continued poker action this week as Enet tries to unravel a problem with Bluff owners IG and Partners over non-compliance with the original agreement.

This week players were informed by Enet that their accounts would have to be ‘temporarily' blocked because its agreement with Bluff had not yet been "….fulfilled from their side."

There has been no official statement on what the dispute is about, although the inevitable leaks from insiders have suggested that IG and Partners have failed to make an agreed payment to Enet.

From a player perspective, the original agreement was that Enet would provide a home for the Bluff Gaming players, paying them if they raked an amount equal to their account balance.

The closure of Bluff Gaming has again focused the spotlight regarding secured player balances on the Malta regulator LGA, which regulated the now defunct operation.
