BODOG88 TO OFFER POOL BETTING

Partnership with Totepool Alderney Limited will enable UK horse race betting from Asia
 
The Asian-facing online gambling operator Bodog88.com claims it will be the first website under the Bodog brand licensee portfolio to offer pool betting on UK horseracing following an agreement with Totepool Alderney Limited.
 
Totepool is a pool provider operating in Guernsey under an Alderney Gambling Control Commission licence. It commingles its pools with the UK Tote.
 
Bodog Europe, another licensee of the brand, is expected to take up the product for the European and Canadian markets soon.
 
The initial deal will allow Bodog88's Asian customer base to bet on all the markets offered by the UK Tote including the famous Scoop6 and Jackpot, which regularly pay out over GBP1 million, and the popular Placepot whereby punters can win without backing a winner.
 
The deal gives customers the chance to bet on all the big race meetings from renowned racecourses that include Cheltenham, Ascot, Goodwood, Newmarket and Aintree.
