NYX Gaming Group in deal with Caesars Interactive

Agreement extends relationship with CIE and its New Jersey online casino.
 
Online gambling technology provider NYX Gaming Group has announced that it has signed an agreement to expand its partnership with Caesars Interactive Entertainment, Inc. (CIE) to re-launch the CaesarsCasino.com brand on the NYX Open Platform System in New Jersey.
 
The platform will give CaesarsCasino.com improved marketing and loyalty services, along with a growing portfolio of quality desktop and mobile games from NYX and its extensive third-party content supplier network.
 
The terms of the agreement include options that can further deepen the parties’ strategic relationship, pending further expansion and authorisation of online gaming in the United States or CIE’s strategy in New Jersey.
 
Kevin Vonasek, NYX’s chief product officer for the Americas, said in a company statement Tuesday that the agreement represents a significant opportunity for NYX.
 
"CIE is absolutely a key partner for NYX as we continue to execute our US strategy in anticipation of future casino iGaming expansion beyond New Jersey, Delaware and Nevada," he said.
 
Marco Ceccarelli, SVP for CIE opined that the NYX platform and games would undoubtedly be catalysts for future growth in his companys New Jersey offering.
 
This latest deal follows the September 2015 launch of NYX casino content with CaesarsCasino.com.
