Carmen Electra and Pokerist ink agreement
 
Tara Leigh Patrick (40) – better known as television and movie actress and model Carmen Electra (who can forget those slo-mo beach runs on Bay Watch!) has signed an agreement to front the popular Texas Hold'em social game offered by Pokerist.
 
A statement from the company reveals that the beautiful former Bay Watch babe will usher players through the loading screen and help tutor them in the site's poker educational facility.
 
Pokerist claims that its offering attracts almost 100,000 daily users who connect via desktops, laptops, tablets and smart phones, and is second only to the Zynga poker app. The game is also available through Facebook.
 
It's not Electra's first contact with the game; she has hosted several live charity tournaments and helped launch the first World Poker Tour branded poker room at Foxwoods some years back.
