Merger with Priority One the reason for Two Way CEO's exit?

In Australia, the on-going merger between debit card firm Priority One Network Group and interactive media and gambling applications company Two Way Limited appears to have triggered the resignation of Two Way chief exec Chris Grant-Foster, although he has given no reasons for his departure.

Sydney-based Two Way said that the resignation is effective immediately, and that a search for a new chief executive has begun. In the meantime the CFO and company secretary, Rointon Nugara will keep operations moving, including investor relations.

“In the short term, the board will play an active role in ensuring that the company continues to manage and develop its business opportunities,” the Two Way public statement assured investors.
