Malaysian Police Destroy 13,452 Computers


ONLINE GAMBLING COMPUTERS DESTROYED
 
Malaysian police take 13,452 confiscated machines permanently out of circulation.
 
Malaysian police reported Wednesday that they have destroyed 13,452 computers seized in anti-online gambling raids between January 2014 and December 2015.
 
Kajang district police chief ACP Othman Nanyan said the machines were destroyed using a bulldozer at the Kajang district police headquarters following a court order.
 
Othman said the computers were seized by police in the course of 540 Op Dadu raids during the period.
