HTML5 poker client provides straight-forward website integration
 
Swedish software development firm Cubeia Ltd has launched Cubeia Social, a new social poker network that enables operators to create and run their own social poker site.
 
The HTML5 poker client runs on most mobile devices and computers and is compatible with all operational systems and major browsers.  It delivers a simple sign-up process, without time-consuming applications or legal red tape, and allows operators to quickly get up and running with a minimum of fuss and technical know-how, a company statement said.
 
The Cubeia Social network is based on Cubeia's commercial poker platform allowing for straight-forward website integration and a WordPress plugin. It also offers ‘skinning’ and other brand customisations with CCS to achieve a unique experience for an operator’s players within the shared network.
 
Games on offer include Texas Hold’em, fixed, pot and no-limit ring games, multi-table tournaments and sit ‘n go’s. Multi-tabling is also available.
 
Cubeia said it is planning on the introduction of an achievement system and leaderboards for maximum player retention, complete Facebook integration and operator-specific tournaments and tables in the near future.
 
Currently in a BETA release, Cubeia Social handles all the behind-the-scenes technical aspects of the game, while operators concentrate on promoting their site and brand. Operators then receive a share of all revenue generated by their players.
