SpringOwl nominated director steps down

Daniel Silvers has stepped down as a non-executive director on the board of bwin.party following his decision to leave SpringOwl Asset Management LLC.

Silvers was appointed to the Board in May 2014 as nominee on behalf of shareholder, SpringOwl Gibraltar Partners B Limited

SpringOwl will not nominate a successor given the near completion of the bwin.party/GVC merger expected early 2016.
