David McKeith to join Norcros Board

McKeith to join Norcros as senior independent director and chairman of the Audit Committee
 
Public companies Sportech and Norcros have announced that Sportech director David McKeith  has been appointed as a non-executive director of Norcros and will assume responsibilities as senior independent director and chairman of the Audit Committee
 
Norcros plc, together with its subsidiaries, develops, manufactures, markets, and exports home consumer products in the United Kingdom, South Africa, Australia.
 
McKeith retired from PricewaterhouseCoopers in 2008, spending the last seven years as Senior Partner of the Manchester and Liverpool offices, as well as five years serving on PwC's UK Supervisory Board.
 
He is currently a non-executive director and Audit committee chairman of Sportech plc, and has previously held the same roles at NCC Group plc. He is also Chairman of the Halle Orchestra and of Greater Manchester Chamber of Commerce.
