After the second flight of day one in the European Poker Tour (EPT) Warsaw, Roland de Wolfe leads the chip count.

The player from the UK finished with 67,150 chips in front of him, putting him more than 15,000 ahead of second-placed Alain Roy of France.

Christoffer Egmo of Denmark, Dario Minieri of Italy and Andreas Krause from Germany make up the top five.

Other big names to perform well in the opening stages of the competition are Sebastian Ruthenberg, winner of the EPT Barcelona this year, and online star Bertrand Grospellier.

The final table of the main event is scheduled for November 19th and will begin at 14:00 local time.

An Omaha pot-limit freeze-out competition – the last event in the stop in Warsaw – is due to begin at 17:00 local time.

Grospellier currently sits atop the leaderboard for the EPT with 2935 points, putting him almost 500 ahead of Sebastian Ruthenberg.
