Deal solidifies position in newly regulated Spanish market
 
Spielo International's GTECH G2 business arm will provide Spanish players with a full sports betting solution using its Margin Maker software to be hosted on the popular sports newspaper MARCA's website.
 
The agreement signed with Spanish publishing group Unidad Editorial, which also owns the El Mundo and Expansión newspapers, will see MARCA provide wagering opportunities through in-play betting and a suite of gaming products.
 
The new MARCA Apuestas brand will launch a substantial, multi-million Euro marketing campaign advertising its offering to the Spanish online betting market.
