Acquisition talks developing, says chief executive

A Reuters article written by journalist Aastha Agnihotri provides some interesting insight with regard to potential acquisition talks GVC Holdings Plc is currently interested in with unidentified parties that would be according to chief executive Kenneth Alexander “something like” bwin.party digital entertainment.

GVC is looking at transactions that could transform the company "the same way Sportingbet did in 2013,” Alexander told Reuters on Monday.

GVC’s acquisition of Sportingbet operations for a consideration of approximately GBP 31 million pounds now accounts for over half of GVC’s revenue, Agnihotri points out.
