Blom drops $605,000 in marathon nosebleed session
 
The Spectacular Swede – Viktor ‘Isildur1' Blom – is in the high stakes headlines again this week after falling off a heater at the nosebleed tables on Pokerstars that has seen him win significant amounts in recent days.
 
Blom's nemesis, according to the High Stakes Database, was Ben ‘sauce123' Sulsky, who took the volatile Swede for $605,000 in a six thousand hand, 15-hour session on the $200/$400 PLO tables that saw some 85 pots that topped $100 000 apiece.
 
Sulsky did not have it all his own way as the session swung first one way and then the other, and Blom was at one point up $450,000. However his opponent augmented talent with good cards to fight back and take the lead, turning it into an ultimate $605,000 profit against the Swede.
 
Exhaustion finally persuaded the duo to call a halt…and Isildur is still in the black thanks to his previous wins…expect more action soon!
