Wednesday October 23,2013 : PROBABILITY APPOINTS CHIEF COMMERCIAL OFFICER

Mobile veteran hired for newly created position

Michael Byrne  has been appointed to the newly created position of Chief Commercial Officer by mobile gambling service provider Probability plc.

Byrne has held a number of senior positions in the mobile gambling industry since 2007.  Before serving as head of mobile for William Hill Online from 2010 to 2012, where he directed all aspects of the William Hill mobile offering for both gaming and sportsbook, Byrne previously worked in Israel as a manager for the newly formed William Hill/Playtech joint venture from 2008 to 2010.

After leaving William Hill, Byrne set up Bet & Move Ltd, a mobile casino based on the Probability mobile platform.  The management of Bet & Move is being transferred to other business partners as part of Byrne's transition to his new role with Probability.

Responsibilities will include direct-to-consumer and white label revenues in the Company's core UK market. He will take over responsibility for all the Company's direct to consumer marketing and retention for its own brand and white label customers in the UK, as well as developing its affiliate network. He will also oversee the customer operations, risk management and social responsibility policies alongside his fellow Directors in Gibraltar.

Additionally, Byrne is being appointed a Director of Probability (Gibraltar) Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Probability plc. All of the Company's gambling operations under it's Gibraltar and Italian gambling licences are managed and controlled by the Gibraltar company. As a Director of Probability (Gibraltar) Limited, Byrne will not be a Director of Probability plc.

"I have long been impressed with the Probability offering, starting from my days with William Hill when we signed them up as a content provider. This new role is a fantastic opportunity to turn a world class mobile platform into a true market leader in both B2C and B2B," commented Byrne.

The appointment is subject to the approval of the Gibraltar Gambling Commissioner after which Byrne will take up his post with Probability at the beginning of November 2013.
