The Isle of Man-based online gambling software provider, Microgaming has added its popular Avalon internet slot to its multi-player community slot games platform, available in both download and Flash formats.
 
Avalon is a five reel, 20 pay-line game with colourful graphics and a theme that transports players back to a mystical land of knights and castles.
 
The community slot concept provides online punters with an opportunity for socialising, giving players a slew of avatars from which to choose and a built-in chat feature for community interaction.  Whenever the free spins feature on a community slot is triggered, all players in the same virtual room score rewards.
 
The community version of Avalon sports a new feature in the form of a bonus thermometer which obtains multipliers for the community free spins feature.  The more players spin, the higher the gambling heat on the thermometer will go.
 
Synchronising the release with Valentine's Day, Microgaming has also launched a multi-player tournament version of its Immortal Romance slot, a big hit with the female demographic when it was originally released last year.
 
Immortal Romance a five reel, 243 ways-to-win game that has been configured for use in the slot tournament environment, and has been released to MGS operators in download format.
