Gaming software specialist NetEnt AB have taken the decision to split each NetEnt share into seven new shares, one of which will be a redemption share.

Each redemption share will be automatically redeemed at SEK 8.00.

The last day of trading in NetEnt shares before the split, including the right to redemption shares is May 3, 2016 and the record date for entitlement to redemption shares is May 6, 2016.
