The decision has been taken as a result of performance issues that have impacted certain aspects of the service following software updates this week. While the issues are being resolved, the decision has been taken to push back the start of the tournament schedule until Sunday 25 October 2015, to ensure an optimal experience for players during Pokerfest.
A revised tournament schedule will be published at www.partypoker.com and will be sent to all players. Participants that have already registered to any event, will receive a refund of their buy-in directly into their account. To recognise the loyalty of customers and to compensate for the inconvenience caused, partypoker has added a $50,000 freeroll tournament to the updated Pokerfest schedule.
Commenting on the announcement, Golan Shaked, Director of Games Labels said:

With a total prize pool of $2,500,000 up for grabs, we are not willing to take even the slightest risk with our players’ experience during the 80 events that make up Pokerfest.
