No Pennsylvania Gambling Legalisation For 2015

Gaming provisions not included in contentious budget talks.
 
With one legislative deadline (July 1) already passed, Pennsylvanian politicians are still debating the budget, and it appears from local reports that the general gambling possibilities have been left off the agenda as a potential fund-raiser, although thus far online gambling legalization as a possible source is still on the roster.
 
However, political observers seem to think that the online potential is also likely to be removed, and local land casino managers supporting the concept of licensing and regulation are now predicting that legalization will likely not take place this year despite earlier momentum and high hopes
 
The Republican-controlled legislature wants to plug gaps by reforming existing tax sources, whilst the Demorcratic Party governor seems to favour increasing taxes.
