The Poker Jingle at the Hard Rock Hotel's Poker Lounge was won by Brian Shapiro.
Entrants to the competition took part in a no-limit hold'em tournament with the proceeds going to the Leukaemia and Lymphoma Society in memory of Mindy Trinidad.
A total of 120 gamers took part in the competition, including Andy Block, Phil Hellmuth, Daniel Negreanu, Antonio Esfandiari, Jennifer Harman and Jamie Gold.
The three finalists received valuable Curtis & Co watches, while the last woman left in the event Kelli Griggs was awarded a pearl necklace donated by Tower of Jewels.
However, it was KDWN radio personality Brian Shapiro who took the first prize at the competition.
Mindy Trinidad won the Pot of Gold poker championship and reached the final table of the ladies' no-limit hold'em event at the 2007 World Series of Poker.
According to the KWDN website, Shapiro is a street reporter and anchor at NewsTalk 720 KDWN and there is no question that he is afraid to ask.
