A real estate agent from Pensacola has opened up a gaming supply store to cater to the needs of poker fans who play at home.

Wanda Harne said that the current "poker craze" is so strong that she has gambled and opened up her own shop selling poker tables, chip sets, and other gaming accessories, reports the Pensacola News Journal.

She said that "there are so many people playing home poker games, going to Mississippi poker rooms and online".

"People are going to play poker somewhere," Ms Harne added.

Her store is called Royal Flush Poker & Gaming Supplies and Ms Harne indicated that she has plans to offer classes on how to play Texas hold'em, Omaha and seven-card-stud.

However, the proprietor was keen to emphasise that the business will not promote any illegal gaming, stating that it simply sold supplies for games and parties.

She said that with the weak economy, everyone still wants to play and entertain.

Once the World Series of Poker was completed in November, Harrah's announced that it would sell the final table on eBay.
