Robert Mizrachi grew up in Florida, the eldest of the four Mizrachi brothers. Poker is a big part of the Mizrachi's lives; two of Robert's brothers, twins Michael and Eric, are both poker professionals, and they have Robert to thank for introducing them to the game of poker.
Robert Mizrachi first poker tournament win occurred nearly 10 years ago at the Victoria Casino in London. Robert immediately knew the game of poker was for him, but it took six additional years to convince the rest of the poker world. Robert Mizrachi Plays for team Fulltilt Poker
Robert took second place in the 2003 $1,000 No-Limit Hold 'em event in Atlantic City, beating some of the biggest names in poker, including three Team Full Tilt members; Chris Ferguson, Mike Matusow, and Andy Bloch.
The following year, Robert won the No-Limit Hold 'em poker event at the Master Classics of Poker in Amsterdam, and he took home almost $500K. He followed that performance by cashing in four events at the 2005 World Series of Poker, including a fourth-place finish in the $1,500 Limit Hold 'em tournament where he took home more than $40,000.
In April 2006, Robert finished first and second in two events at the Five-Star World Poker Classic, playing $1,000 and $1,500 No-Limit Hold 'em, respectively. Just a month later, he cashed in the $10,000 No-Limit Hold 'em Main Event at the World Poker Tour's Mirage Poker Showdown, and in the $1,000 No-Limit Hold 'em event at the Mandalay Bay Poker Championship.
With all his success, it's clear that Robert loves poker. In fact, he loves the game so much that he's been known to help directors set up their tournament structures – whether they want him to or not.
