Olympic Casino Eesti Buys Siquia Holding

Wednesday March 13,2013 : OEG SETS UP IN NETHERLANDS AND JERSEY
 
Acquired and established with a view to expansion
 
Olympic Entertainment Group AS  subsidiary Olympic Casino Eesti AS has acquired a 100 percent share holding of Siquia Holding B.V., a holding company registered in the Netherlands with a share capital of Euro 21 101.
 
OEG additionally established and registered Gametech Services Limited and Gametech Licensing Limited in Jersey without making a share capital contribution, whereas the authorised capital of both companies is GBP 200 000.
 
Madis Jääger, chief executive officer of Olympic Entertainment Group said the subsidiaries will be utilised to create a legal platform for the expansion of OEG group’s activities in markets related to the group’s main business and in the business of remote gambling.
