888 Launching Snap Poker

Alpha testing underway for new fast-fold product
 
The latest brand for a fast-fold online poker product comes from 888 and is likely to be dubbed Snap, joining a list of similar products with rapid-fire titles like Blaze, Zoom, Speed, FastForward, Strobe, and the one that started the popular genre several years ago – FTP's Rush Poker.
 
Poker information sites and player message boards were full of comment on the new product this week, claiming that it was in real-money alpha testing and would soon offer fast-fold action on cash games and tournaments as part of 888's new poker client.
 
The new game is currently limited to just 1c/2c tables.
