Acquired rights to live stream Australian Tennis Open
 
The Munich-based sports rights and sports marketing agency The Sportsman Media Group and Tennis Australia have entered into a two-year partnership that will see The Sportsman provide live streaming of The Australian Open to gaming operators for betting and gambling purposes from 2012.
 
Tennis Australia CEO, Steve Wood said: "Tennis Australia is delighted to have signed a two year deal with the sportsman media group and we look forward to a successful and mutually beneficial commercial relationship."

The sportsman has provided live streaming solutions for online betting platforms for the past six years and counts bet365, Betfair, bwin, Interwetten, Bet-at-Home, Betclic, Expekt and Unibet amongst its clients.
 
The company currently offers over 20 000 live events for betting and gaming per year.
