OULALA CLOSES NEW FUNDING ROUND

Raises GBP 1.35 million from private investors.

Malta-based daily fantasy sports (DFS) operator and B2B provider, Oulala.com, has concluded a new funding round which raised GBP 1.35 million from private investors.

Oulala will utilize the funds to gain traction on the B2B front and further support its European football-specialized DFS network.

"The DFS market is currently experiencing a consistent and rapid growth in Europe, which was confirmed by the strong interest from investors during this latest funding round," Benjamin Carlotti, Managing Director of Oulala, said.

In related news, in response to a restructure of its Sales and Business development department, the company has appointed Oliver Niner, formerly a business development manager at Marathon Bet, as Business Development Director and Anthony Medica as Sales Director.
