TDC will enter the Danish gambling market

Partners with EcoSys which was founded by former Bet24 founder
 
Danish telecom company TDC will enter the Danish gambling market with Ecosys Ltd, a Danish firm headed up by bold.dk and Bet24.com founder Holger Kristiansen.
 
Bet24 was sold to MTG and in mid-2012 absorbed into Unibet in a takeover deal worth Euro 13.5 million (see previous InfoPowa reports).
 
This new collaboration will see the launch of a new betting service under the Bet25.dk brand and an online casino branded rod25.dk.
 
Kristiansen is upbeat on Bet25.dk's prospects saying it has the potential to become a powerful player in the market as they leverage TDC's technology and Ecosys' gaming experience.
 
"From Bet25.dk we will – sometime in the New Year – offer the liberalized market a new Danish betting alternative", Kristiansen confirmed.
