William Hill Trying to Acquire Tom Waterhouse

Australian media reporting a possible A$150 million offer for Tom Waterhouse
 
According to the Australian newspaper The Age, top Aussie bookmaker company Tom Waterhouse is currently the subject of an acquisition attempt by Brit land and online gambling giant William Hill plc.
 
Quoting the Australian Financial Review, the newspaper reports that Will Hill, which bought Sportingbet Australia earlier this year for A$660 million, is contemplating a A$150 million offer on the Waterhouse enterprise.
 
Earlier this year a speculative report that Ladbrokes was interested in Waterhouse was discounted by that UK land and online gambling company.
