Italian mobile provider Buongiorno has entered the French online poker market this week with its Winga.fr poker offering.
 
French gaming regulator ARJEL granted Buongiorno online poker license approval under the Winga brand towards the end of last year.  Buongiorno's Winga brand has a presence in the regulated Italian online poker, bingo, lottery and skill games market.
 
The company plans to launch a mobile offering in the future.
