Zynga Closing six of its apps

To allow its developers to focus on other content

Social gaming firm Zynga has informed customers of the closure of six of its apps which include Riches of Olympus, Duck Dynasty Slots and Zynga Slots.

The games will close for business on April 30, 2015 with the company saying the closure will allow its team of game makers to focus on developing other content that include six to ten new games it expects to launch this year.

The company gifted a “special coin gift” to players affected by the closures which can be claimed and used within Zynga’s Hit It Rich! or Wizard of Oz Slots applications.
