Pokerstars will guarantee $30 million in prize pools
 
The draft schedule for the next Pokerstars  Spring Championship of Online Poker was released for player comments some weeks ago  and has now been tweaked and firmed up by the poker company.
 
Pokerstars is guaranteeing $30 million in prize pools for the popular event, which will run online between May 6 and 20 and embrace a wide diversity of poker genres. The main event will feature a $10,300 buy-in, with $2.5 million set aside as its prize pool guarantee.
 
Each of the 40 events comes with a choice of low, medium and high buy-ins to suit all bankrolls.
 
The 2012 edition has six additional events, the Pokerstars Blog reports, hopefully ensuring that last year's “403,378 buy-ins from 107,697 players in 156 countries” is overtaken.
