SHUFFLEMASTER AND OPENBET PARTNER IN CANADIAN DEAL

Monday, October 24, 2011 : Online games supply deal to benefit Canadian players
 
Shuffle Master and OpenBet have partnered in a supply deal that will see some of Shuffle Master's proprietary table games adapted to online made available through OpenBet to Canada's legalised online gaming sites that include Loto-Quebec and the British Columbia Lottery Corporation.
 
Under the agreement, OpenBet will offer licensed games based on Shuffle Master's Three Card Poker(TM), Casino War(R) and its Fortune Pai Gow Poker(R) side bet.
 
"Given the growing popularity of online gaming in Canada, offering our popular brands to this key market through OpenBet's platform is a natural next step for Shuffle Master and part of our strategy to leverage our intellectual property online," said Gavin Isaacs, chief executive officer of Shuffle Master.
