ALL CHANGE AT BETPHOENIX

New software for online casino

Players, affiliates and industry observers are currently speculating on where Bet Phoenix online casino is destined in terms of its software provider after the site closed for 7 days starting this week to migrate to a new platform.

The closed website has a message advising the imminent move but not indicating who the new supplier will be.

Costa Rica-based Bet Phoenix, which offers  online poker, sports betting, casino, bingo, lottery and live dealer action, hitherto operated on the RealTime Gaming platform for its casino activity.

The notice assures players and affiliates that all account balances will be transferred, and pending pay outs processed. In the meantime, the support infrastructure will remain live to assist with any enquiries

"The move is strictly focused on improving our current customer experience, and we hope any inconvenience that may be caused due to this transition will be offset by the improved gaming experience we will be able to provide," the notification concludes.

Bet Phoenix has been active in the industry since 2007.
