Betegy expands its accessibility

Friday March 21,2014 : BETTING PREDICTION FIRM BOOSTS TWITTER SERVICE

Betegy expands its accessibility.

UK sports bettors on Twitter can now find out football results before they happen with the launch of @askbetegy, a new service from Betegy, the online and mobile prediction company that accurately forecasts outcomes of matches and a range of betting markets, and now provides instant responses via Twitter.

During the 2013 Champions League final Twitter users sent 117,000 tweets per minute and a total of almost 4.8 million thematic messages.

Social media users who want to know the result of an upcoming contest can simply tweet the names of the two teams playing to @askbetegyto receive their bespoke forecast, together with an assessment on its probability.

As well as via Twitter, the tool is available as a free or premium product to subscribers.

The prediction company uses a proprietary, self-learning algorithm that correctly estimates better than one-in-two results from more than 100 weekly fixtures in international, continental and domestic competitions across the world.

It inputs a wide range of variables, including numerical data and methodical models; team dynamics, news, injuries and suspensions, and is entirely automated. Output is presented in the form of percentage with the attractive visuals and easy-to-understand graphs to illustrate.

Alex Kornilov, CEO at Betegy, "The launch of our new Twitter service means that our predictions are available instantaneously.”

In addition to services for individual customers, Betegy provides forecasts to media organisations including global sports network ESPN and Przegląd Sportowy, Poland’s biggest sports newspaper.  The service is available in English, Polish and Russian.
